Q1: Where is the Event?  The BBQ is at Camp Hope 12800 NE Roper Rd, Battle Ground, WA across the river from Lewisville Park.

Q2: Is the Event Outside?  Yes! Dining and the Silent Auction will be covered with large canopy tents, and space heaters will be available.

Q3: What time do the gates open? Gates open for guests at 3:00, the event starts at 4:00. Come early to park, register and allow more time to shop at the silent auction and play games. Seating for dinner program starts at 4:50 pm.

Q4: How should I dress?  Western style clothing is encouraged. Dress for the weather and walking on uneven terrain.

Q4: Where do I park?  Parking will be in the lower field as you enter the camp. It's a short walk to camp central. Handicap parking is available next to the office

Q5: What can I expect?  A fun outdoor event with great food, games, silent and live auctions, inspiration, and fresh air! Come early to shop at over 50 silent auction packages and enjoy competitive ax-throwing, archery and corn hole.

Q6: What Games can I expect?  For $35, you’ll get to choose your challenge: axe throwing, archery, or cornhole. Each game is scored, so bring your A-game, because the top two overall scorers of each station will walk away with prizes. Hit a bullseye at any station and you’ll earn a spot in our BULLSEYE CHALLENGE drawing. And just for stepping up to play, every participant takes home a prize.!
