The Code of Conduct describes the camp code to ensure everyone has a safe and fun time at camp.

Liability Release Form

This form gives consent for camp activities and releases Camp Hope of liability for harm.

Animal Waiver Form

This form releases Camp Hope of liability for your pet or livestock while at camp.
